What is your return + exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges to all customers within 14 days of delivery/ pick up. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. Any shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded.
WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- • Items that are in original, unworn condition, with tags still on
- • Items must be in original packaging (includes box and/or jewelry pouch)
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
- • Due to hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- • All custom work and/or personalized pieces are final sale.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days once the returned item is received and deemed in new condition.
