Shipping policy
We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and the United States.
All orders are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario.
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days, as most of our jewelry is handmade and made to order.
Free local pick up is available in Mississauga, ON. Please indicate at checkout.
Shipping times-
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 5–8 business days
Standard domestic shipping within Canada is $12.00 and includes tracking. Shipping time is 2 to 7 business days.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days.
US Shipping-
Shipping to the USA is $10.00 and includes tracking. Shipping time is 5 to 8 business days. Free shipping included with orders over $100.
U.S. orders are shipped with duties and tariffs included, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
International Shipping-
International Shipping- Includes tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping time is 4 to 15 business days.
Duties & Taxes-
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. These are established by your local customs authorities. Rock Paper Pretty is not responsible for these costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Please be advised, Rock Paper Pretty is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Holiday and Sale Period Delays
During busy periods such as holidays and special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
