Make sure the image is clear and high quality.

Once the image is received, I will edit it and remove the background. Then you will receive an email back to confirm the image and placement on the pendant.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Shipping

We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and the United States.

Because most pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1–3 business days for your jewelry to be created and prepared for shipment.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1–2 business days
  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 5–8 business days

All Canadian and U.S. orders include tracking.

Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping times. During busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions, orders may take a little longer to ship.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer .
